The units are luxury, well-appointed. The breakfast has very good options with egg dishes and good Asian, as for instance. All in all they offer welcoming service. The staff are all attentive and helpful.

Good value accommodation with unbeatable setting very close to local attractions, shops markets and bars, and the night market and beer street in the Old Quarter. Very big bed in twin/double room with a work desk, cable channels and a lounge area. Early check in and late check out. Roof top bar and lovely pool.

All the staff members are extremely helpful and attentive. The units are brand-new with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast offers plenty of eggs and breads.

It was in a particularly good and unbeatable location with Temple of the Jade Mountain nearby.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite loud.

It is a nice and terrific property located in Hoan Kiem district really close to Hanoi night market, many shops and restaurants, and the main square. The hotel has a very central location right at the Old Quarter🙂👌

It is an excellent value property located in Hoan Kiem district adjacent to restaurants and turtle lake as well as the night market. The breakfasts are very very GOOD with a great selection of options. Personalised service and the food is good. The pool area is very clean. I would like to stay here on the next trip, liked eggs and fresh bread early in the morning.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Make sure you stay in the double room with a beer in the evening, a large balcony, for instance. Peaceful and easy setting, it's very close to lake, coffee shops and Vietnamese Water Puppet venue, the night market and beer street, and the main tourist areas...

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The Silk Queen Hotel offered a wonderful view and had a very good location. The room was extremely spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as climate control, a private safe, and a mini fridge bar. The hotel was conveniently located just 800 feet from Hoan Kiem Lake, making it a perfect choice for sightseeing and exploring the city. The staff, including the driver, were friendly and accommodating. Although we didn't have time to use the swimming pool, it appeared to be well maintained. it was a great place for a 2-night stay.
